依据香港法例第486章《个人资料（私隐）条例》及香港持牌信托与公司服务提供者监管指引制定，规范开户主体及法定人员资料之收集、查核、传输与金融机构对接。

服务定价与通用条款确认
本人／我们理解并同意恒诚商务有限公司（HC Business Limited）的定价及相关条款与条件。本人／我们理解并同意上述条款与条件。
1. I/We understand and agreed to the Pricing and Terms and Conditions of HC Business Limited. I/We understand and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.

申报真实性与监管尽职调查授权
本人／我们确认所填写的信息真实准确，并授权恒诚商务有限公司（HC Business Limited）在监管机构要求时，向其提供上述部分或全部信息以用于尽职调查目的。本人／我们亦承诺在所填信息发生任何变更时及时通知恒诚商务有限公司。本人／我们理解并同意恒诚商务有限公司的隐私政策。
2. I/We confirm that the filled information is true and accurate, and HC Business Limited authorized to supply any or all of such information for due diligence purpose to the Regulators if so requested by them, I also undertake to notify HC Business Limited of any future changes to the filled information. I/We understand and agree with HC Business Limited's Privacy Policy.

金融机构转介与金融服务对接授权
本人／我们理解并同意，恒诚商务有限公司（HC Business Limited）可将本人／我们的个人数据提供给金融机构，用于其提供以下服务：(1) 金融、保险、信用卡、银行及相关服务和产品；以及／或 (2) 奖励、忠诚或特权计划及相关服务和产品，包括以金钱或其他财产作为回报的情况。
3. I/We understand and agree that HC Business Limited may provide my/our personal data to financial institutions for their use in general service subscription of: (1) financial, insurance, credit card, banking and related services and products; and/or (2) reward, loyalty or privileges programs and related services and products, including in return for money or other property.

相关业务对接与商业权益申报
我/我们理解并同意，您可以将我/我们的个人数据提供给金融机构，用于其提供以下服务：(1) 金融保险、信用卡、银行及相关服务和产品；以及/或 (2) 奖励、忠诚或特权计划及相关服务和产品，包括以金钱或其他财产作为回报的情况。
4. I/We understand and agree that you may provide my/our personal data to financial institutes for their use in general service subscription of: (1) financial insurance, credit card, banking and related service and products; and/or (2) reward, loyalty or privileges programs and related services and products, including in return for money or other property.

香港汇丰银行申请进度与资讯互通明确授权
本人／我们特此明确同意香港汇丰银行有限公司（"汇丰"）向贵公司披露本人／我们透过贵公司平台提交的汇丰银行服务或产品申请的相关信息及进度结果。
5. I/We hereby expressly consent to The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ("HSBC") disclosing to you any information relating to my/our application for HSBC products or services made via your platform.

- 查閱與更正權： 您有权向恒诚商务合规专员要求查阅及更正本平台持有的阁下个人资料。
- 安全存儲與銷毀： 全部开户文件均采用严格加密传输，并依据香港反洗钱条例规定之存档期由持牌合规系统妥善隔离保存。
- 法定電子簽署效力： 于本平台完成之电子手写签名具备香港《电子交易条例》(第553章) 认可之完全法律效力。
