1. I/We understand and agreed to the Pricing and Terms and Conditions of HC Business Limited. I/We understand and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.

Truthfulness of Information & Regulatory Due Diligence Authorization
本人／我们确认所填写的信息真实准确，并授权恒诚商务有限公司（HC Business Limited）在监管机构要求时，向其提供上述部分或全部信息以用于尽职调查目的。本人／我们亦承诺在所填信息发生任何变更时及时通知恒诚商务有限公司。本人／我们理解并同意恒诚商务有限公司的隐私政策。
2. I/We confirm that the filled information is true and accurate, and HC Business Limited authorized to supply any or all of such information for due diligence purpose to the Regulators if so requested by them, I also undertake to notify HC Business Limited of any future changes to the filled information. I/We understand and agree with HC Business Limited's Privacy Policy.

Financial Institution Referral & General Service Subscription
本人／我们理解并同意，恒诚商务有限公司（HC Business Limited）可将本人／我们的个人数据提供给金融机构，用于其提供以下服务：(1) 金融、保险、信用卡、银行及相关服务和产品；以及／或 (2) 奖励、忠诚或特权计划及相关服务和产品，包括以金钱或其他财产作为回报的情况。
3. I/We understand and agree that HC Business Limited may provide my/our personal data to financial institutions for their use in general service subscription of: (1) financial, insurance, credit card, banking and related services and products; and/or (2) reward, loyalty or privileges programs and related services and products, including in return for money or other property.

Authorization for Related Products & Benefit Schemes
我/我们理解并同意，您可以将我/我们的个人数据提供给金融机构，用于其提供以下服务：(1) 金融保险、信用卡、银行及相关服务和产品；以及/或 (2) 奖励、忠诚或特权计划及相关服务和产品，包括以金钱或其他财产作为回报的情况。
4. I/We understand and agree that you may provide my/our personal data to financial institutes for their use in general service subscription of: (1) financial insurance, credit card, banking and related service and products; and/or (2) reward, loyalty or privileges programs and related services and products, including in return for money or other property.

Express Consent for HSBC Disclosure to HC Business
本人／我们特此明确同意香港汇丰银行有限公司（"汇丰"）向贵公司披露本人／我们透过贵公司平台提交的汇丰银行服务或产品申请的相关信息及进度结果。
5. I/We hereby expressly consent to The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ("HSBC") disclosing to you any information relating to my/our application for HSBC products or services made via your platform.

Data Subject Rights Under Hong Kong Cap. 486
- Right of Access & Correction: You have the statutory right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us.
- Data Security & Retention: All KYC submission documents are transmitted via strict cryptographic protocols and archived in isolated bank-grade cloud vaults in accordance with statutory AML retention regulations.
- Statutory E-Signature: Electronic signatures executed via this platform conform to the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) of Hong Kong.
